Sticks & Stones
At his restaurant near UNCG, Neil Reitzel and his team use only the freshest ingredients.
They purchase as many fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients as they can find. They prepare their pizza using locally milled, organic flour and toasted wheat bran for the dough and wholesome topics, and they bake it in a wood-burning clay oven.
They further recycle all cans and bottles and donate the money from recycling to a deserving charity or person each month.
Neil Reitzel proclaims that Sticks&Stones' aim is to provide the community with delicious, healthful food; to support local, regional, and sustainable agriculture; to be a good neighbor; and to foster laughter.
