The elegant open design of Noble's Grille was inspired by the restaurants of Napa Valley, where Chef Noble was first inspired to follow his dream and become a gourmet. A delicious French-Mediterranean menu features clean, light cuisine carefully cooked over a wood-fired oven, grill and rotisserie to bring out its natural flavors.

Owner/Chef Jim Noble and Executive Chef Phil Barnes have created a menu that mixes French-Mediterranean influences with down-home dishes that rely heavily on North Carolina ingredients. The extensive wine menu features North Carolina treasures as well. NC wineries poured at Noble's include Childress, RayLen and Westbend whites and reds and a sparkling brut from Biltmore Estates in Asheville.
