Cane Creek Farm

Cane Creek is a family-owned farm in Snow Camp, NC, in the heart of Alamance County.

Eliza MacLean, Charles Sydnor and their staff raise unique breeds of pigs and cattle, as well as goats, chickens, turkeys, sheep, donkeys and ducks.

They practice sustainable agriculture - rotating crops and animals to keep the soil healthy and to keep the animals on fresh forage.

Cane Creek Farm also engages in educating the community about sustainable agriculture and healthy food systems at farmer's markets, speaking opportunities, community events, and by showing the farm to individuals and school groups.

Where to buy their products:

On the Farm! They offer grass-fed beef, all natural pasture raised pork and chicken, plus seasonal vegetables. We also offer turkey, lamb, and goat when available. Hours: Thursdays 2-6 and Saturdays 10-4
