Bettini Farm

Bettini Farm is a fourth generation Italian-American family farm.

Randy and Deb grow Italian heirloom vegetables using seeds from Northern Italy, their ancestral homeland. They practice sustainable farming and sell fresh, seasonal crops directly from their Certified Roadside Farm Market. They also deliver to restaurants and are happy to email and let you know whats in season.

Their specialty crop is Shiitake Mushrooms, grown with guidance of scientists and Cooperative Extension Agents from local universities. They will be happy to teach you the art of Shiitake mushroom cultivation in a workshop.

Recognizing the importance of bees pollinating crops, they are also certified beekeepers. Randy and Deb are active participants in the Slow Food Piedmont Triad chapter and the local food community.
