Torta with Swiss Chard, Spring Onions, and Shiitake Mushrooms
Sauté in olive oil:
1 bunch spring onions, thinly sliced
8 medium sized shitake mushrooms, chopped
1 bunch swiss chard, chopped
Freshy ground kosher salt and black pepper
Place in buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle with boursin cheese, chopped fresh oregano and parsley.
Whisk:
2 cups heavy cream
3 eggs
Pour on top of sautéed mixture. Bake at 375 for 35 minutes. Serve warm or room temperature.
