Piedmont Triad Local Food Guide
Local Markets
Many of our cities and some of our towns have a public farmer’s market. They are wonderful places to buy local food and crafts, and allow us to rub elbows with friends and local growers. On Saturday mornings most of the markets are alive with throngs of hungry patrons.
We have listed them below. If you find information that is incorrect or know of a market that should be included, please fill out our submission form or email lfg@slowfoodpiedmont.org with the information.
Printed copies of the Piedmont Triad Local Food Guide may still be found at the Greensboro Farmers' Curb Market, Piedmont Triad Farmers' Market, Earth Fare, Deep Roots Market, and other retail and food businesses. However, there are no plans at this time to reprint our Local Food Guide. The data we gather is now included in Carolina Farm Stewardship Association's Local and Organic Food Guide. We will continue to update the online Triad Local Food Guide and you will find the most up-to-date information here.
